Clubhouse Parking Rental Information

SMA Property Owners

The Clubhouse parking area has 20 parking spaces, and can be rented by SMA members only. Members can rent the lot for $50 per day, and cannot be "bumped" by a Clubhouse rental. To rent out the lot please check the calendar for your date and use our online form below. 

Overflow parking is also available at no charge for members who need space for up to 3 cars. This requires the prior approval of a Clubhouse manager.

Property renters are not allowed to rent or use the parking lot.

Parking Lot Rental Rules

Parking can NEVER go overnight. All vehicles need to be off the property by 10pm. A late fee of $10 will be assigned to any vehicle left in the lot 

after 10:15pm.

Each parked car should have the SMA property owners contact info on the driver's side dashboard as shown in the example below.
